<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> About the Role The Flight Engineer will ensure proper maintenance of aircraft and expedient rectification of aircraft defects as directed by the Maintenance Manager. He will also provide supervision of maintenance staff, allocated to them by the Maintenance Manager, and ensure safe and on time dispatch of aircraft under their control. Primary Duties: <ul><li>Exercising their license/approval in relation to the accomplishment of scheduled, unscheduled maintenance and rectification of defects to ensure maintenance is accomplished to the required standards and the operating programme is achieved in an efficient and safe manner. </li><li>Recording and issuing of Certificates of Release to Service for the work accomplished in accordance with the current Maintenance Data, Company procedures and associated Regulatory requirements.</li><li>Reviewing the work and resources allocated and required to ensure expedient rectification of defects utilising allocated staff.</li><li>Advising the Maintenance Manager of any impending service disruptions, problems or areas of concern that may have an impact on the operating programme. Keeping the Maintenance Manager informed of all work performed by him during his duty period.</li><li>Ensuring staff under his immediate control adhere to published technical and safety requirements defined in published manuals and other publications.</li><li>Defining priorities to the staff allocated to him to ensure that efficient use of resources are channelled to an on time and safe flight departure.</li><li>Ensuring documentation and its certification is completed in a timely manner and to the defined procedures to meet Company requirements.</li><li>Ensure that replacement parts and components are of an approved type, correctly certified and released and are physically inspected prior to fitment to the aircraft or component. Ensure that removed components are correctly handled, labelled and blanked.</li><li>When supervising the work of others, ensuring that acceptable standards of workmanship and quality are maintained and the correct tools are employed to accomplish the task.</li><li>Reporting and compilation of technical delay reports in a timely manner, reporting significant defects, discrepancies, incidents, accidents and events as required.</li><li>Ensuring arriving aircraft are met by either the Certifying Engineer or Technician and crews are suitably debriefed to ensure defects are accurately defined and recorded.</li><li>Undertaking such other duties as may be reasonably directed by the Maintenance Manager.</li><li>Ensuring all safety precautions are complied with and actively participate in the Company SMS.</li></ul>  </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills">Minimum Qualifications / Experience:<ul><li>Valid CAR 66 or EASA B1 or B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance License</li><li>Airbus A318/A319/A320 Type Rating is required</li><li>Additional type ratings on Bombardier Global Express, Falcon 6X/7X, and Challenger 604/605/650 are preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate / VIP aviation environment</li><li>Prior Middle East experience is an advantage</li></ul> Job-Specific Skills:<ul><li>Detail oriented methodical approach to solving/performing tasks </li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure </li><li>Pride in performing to the best of own ability </li><li>Good communications and interpersonal skills </li><li> </li></ul>  Please attach your aircraft maintenance engineer license in one file with your CV. We need a Site Engineer who takes full ownership of execution on site, every day, across multiple live projects. The Role Full-time, site-based across our live projects in Dubai. You will supervise daily site activity end to end: directing the site team, reading and implementing drawings, coordinating trades, and making sure every activity matches the approved design, quality standard, and schedule. Job Purpose At Base Maintenance, our expert engineers deliver unparalleled service for all aircraft checks, from comprehensive inspections to major system repairs. We handle cabin retrofits, aircraft deliveries, and detailed inspection programs for Airbus A380, A350 and Boeing 777. Our team excels in timely, cost-effective solutions for A & C checks, engine change, and landing gear changes, along with unscheduled maintenance and pre-service checks. To carry out routine maintenance tasks and defect rectification of aircraft as per company and associated regulatory procedures. In This Role You Will Carry out aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks in compliance with manufacturer and safety procedures. Ensure that assigned zones/aircraft are maintained as per latest revisions of approved authority Technical Publications such as Aircraft documentation, Technical Notices, Quality Notices, and Engineering Procedures Manual etc. Ensure that personal approvals/licences are valid and applicable to aircraft types. Ensure all off-aircraft tasks i.e. spares handling, robberies, hold items etc. are handled in compliance with company procedures and that the associated paperwork is complete to ensure full transparency. Determine if tooling/equipment used is serviceable and appropriate for the task and use specialised tooling where required. Ensure that trouble shooting procedures/tools used for fault rectification are carried out in a cost effective and efficient manner. These should be done in accordance with AMM, IPC or other manufacturer/vendor documentation to complete the task. Ensure all work locations are kept clean and excellent housekeeping conditions are maintained. Maintain effective communication with Colleagues including Managers and Senior Engineers to ensure a seamless flow of information and to highlight any potential operational issues. Ensure that relevant reports are related to service delays, incidents and accidents are completed in detail including the identification of issues that led to the event so that rectification can be sought through short term maintenance planning. Manage the performance of staff using performance review process and system. Ensure SMART goal setting, interim/annual reviews and development plans are in place for assigned staff members in accordance with company procedures. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job Purpose As a Maintenance Control Duty Engineer, you will be responsible for tactical management of fleet health, oversight, and management of technical and operational events outside of main base. You will provide technical support and guidance to outstations engineering teams as well as support to Network operations to manage recovery from disruptions. You will monitor aircraft status based on outstation feedback and aircraft health monitoring tools and advice concerned stakeholders for necessary corrective action, ensuring highest levels of safety, airworthiness and compliance. In this role you will: <ul><li>Work closely with the Senior Engineer Maintenance Control Centre to manage, control and co-ordinate all outstation Aircraft on Ground situations & where necessary issue dispensations/concessions in line with known operational & engineering safety practices.</li><li>Monitor fleet health status, review downlinks and plan interventions to uphold aircraft serviceability and optimal dispatch reliability. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Overview of the RoleWe are looking for a Manager – Process & Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive’s UAE and overseas operations.In this role, you will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations.The successful candidate will bring a strong finance process background, ERP understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.What You Will Do<ul><li>Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective.</li><li>Partner with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements.</li><li>Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes with minimal disruption to business operations.</li><li>Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting.</li><li>Review current business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service delivery.</li><li>Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.</li><li>Develop exception management dashboards and early warning reports using analytics tools to identify process risks and business exceptions.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills">Required Skills to Be Successful<ul><li>Strong understanding of finance operating systems, ERP processes, and business process controls.</li><li>Analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Finance, IT, and business teams.</li><li>Good communication and documentation skills with confidence in explaining process and system requirements clearly.</li></ul>What Equips You for the Role<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.</li><li>Experience in automotive, retail, or a similar complex business environment is preferred.</li><li>Professional qualifications or certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, Project Management, or Information Systems are advantageous.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP inbound and outbound processes is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li></ul> </div>

Automotive Test Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Testing Engineer to join our team. You will design, plan, and execute vehicle testing programs at our proving ground, analyze test data, and provide actionable insights to support vehicle development and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and execute vehicle and component tests at the proving ground, including performance, durability, safety, and functional validation. Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards. Operate and maintain test equipment, sensors, and instrumentation. Collect, process, and analyze test data using statistical and engineering tools. Collaborate with R&D, design, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize vehicle performance. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain accurate test documentation. Support the evaluation of emerging mobility technologies such as EV drivetrains, ADAS, and connected vehicle systems. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and lab capabilities. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Knowledge of automotive testing, vehicle validation, or mobility technology evaluation, vehicle instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and test rigs. Knowledge of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, ADAS, or EV systems is highly desirable. Understanding of regulatory and safety standards relevant to automotive testing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software (MATLAB, Python, or similar). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to document and present technical findings.
