A leading healthcare organization in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Infectious Disease Physician to join its multidisciplinary medical team.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of infectious diseases and will play an important role in delivering evidence-based care across outpatient and inpatient settings.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Provide specialist and consultant-level assessment and management of patients with infectious diseases Diagnose and manage complex bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections Evaluate patients with acute, chronic, community-acquired, and healthcare-associated infections Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment, investigations, and current evidence Provide expertise in antimicrobial selection, optimization, and stewardship Manage complex infections including bloodstream infections, respiratory infections, urinary infections, bone and joint infections, and other systemic infections Assess patients with fever of unknown origin and complicated infectious syndromes Support the management of immunocompromised patients with infectious complications Provide consultation for infection-related cases referred from emergency, ICU, surgery, oncology, and other departments Interpret microbiology, laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic findings relevant to infectious disease management Work closely with microbiology and laboratory teams on diagnostic and antimicrobial strategies Participate in infection prevention and control initiatives Contribute to antimicrobial stewardship programs and appropriate antibiotic-use protocols Provide guidance on isolation precautions and infection-control measures when required Maintain accurate and confidential patient records Communicate diagnosis, treatment options, risks, and follow-up plans clearly to patients and families Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient-safety activities Maintain compliance with DHA regulations, clinical guidelines, and hospital policies<br><br>Requirements<br><br>MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution Recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine and/or Infectious Diseases Relevant post-specialization experience at Consultant level DHA License or DHA Eligibility is preferred Candidates meeting DHA eligibility requirements may also be considered Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Demonstrated experience managing complex infectious disease cases Good understanding of antimicrobial stewardship and infection prevention principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Strong command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

The physician qualifying for this position will be held responsible for applying medical knowledge and skills to implement anesthetic care plans for CCAD patients within the purview of the Integrated Hospital Care Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD).<br>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<br>Preoperative Evaluation:Evaluate patients’ medical histories, physical examinations, and surgical risks to determine anesthetic risk stratification, formulate appropriate anesthetic plans and adequately counsel patients about benefits and alternate plans before they sign informed consents.<br>Develop Anesthesia Care Plans:The anesthesiologist will be expected to develop anesthesia care plans tailored to patients’ individual needs and the complexity of the surgical/non-surgical procedures involved Care plans should include strategies to manage potential risks and complications. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>المسمى الوظيفي: استشاري أمراض الروماتيزم - الإمارات العربية المتحدة الموقع: الإمارات العربية المتحدة نوع التوظيف: دوام كامل القطاع: الرعاية الصحية / المستشفى / مجموعة طبية عن role: مزود رعاية صحية رائد معتمد دولياً في الإمارات العربية المتحدة يقوم بتوسيع خدماته المتعلقة بالتهابات المفاصل المناعية والاضطرابات النسيجية الضامة ويبحث عن استشاري أمراض روماتيزم عالي المهارة للانضمام إلى فريقه الطبي المتنامي.<br> تم تصميم الدور للأطباء المدربين دولياً الباحثين عن تقدم وظيفي، تعرض سريري قوي، والقدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة صحية حديثة قائمة على الجودة تخدم مجموعة دولية متنوعة من المرضى.<br> تعتبر هذه الفرصة مناسبة للمرشحين الذين يمكنهم دمج الخبرة السريرية المتقدمة مع التواصل المتمركز حول المريض، العمل الجماعي التخصصي، والالتزام بالمعايير الصحية الدولية.<br> لمحة عامة عن الدور: سيعمل المرشح الناجح ضمن بيئة سريرية تعاونية ومتعددة التخصصات مدعومة من قبل استشاريين متمرسين وممرضين ومهنيي صحة متنوعين وبنية تشخيص وعلاج حديثة. <br> المسؤوليات الرئيسية • تشخيص وإدارة الالتهاب المفاصل الالتهابي، أمراض النسيج الضام، التهابية الأوعية الدموية، النقرس، هشاشة العظام والاضطرابات المناعية الذاتية.<br> • وصف ومراقبة DMARDs، المستحضرات البيولوجية، مثبطات المناعة وعلاجات الحقن بأمان.<br> • إجراء تقييمات المفاصل، الحقن والموجات فوق الصوتية الهيكل العظمي في النطاق المسموح به.<br> • تنسيق الرعاية مع أمراض الكلية، الجلد، الرئة، العيون، العظام والعلاج الطبيعي.<br> • توعية المرضى بالسيطرة على المرض، سلامة الأدوية، أسلوب الحياة وإدارة النوبات.<br> • دعم المشاركة في السجلات والتدقيق والمراقبة السلامة وبروتوكولات مبنية على الأدلة.<br> • حزمة راتب مغرية بدون ضرائب • حوافز قائمة على الأداء عند الاقتضاء • بدل سكن أو دعم سكن فخم • تأمين طبي شامل • تذاكر العودة سنوياً • تغطية المسؤولية المهنية / سوء الممارسة • دعم التعليم الطبي المستمر • مساعدة في التأشيرة والتأهيل الوظيفي<br> دعم الترخيص وإعادة التوطين • مساعدة تحويل ترخيص منظومة DHA / DOH / MOH بشكل منظم • دعم التحقق من البيانات والاعتماد المهنية • مساعدة في إجراءات التأشيرة والتنظيم • إرشاد لإعادة التوطين للأطباء وعائلاتهم حيثما أمكن • دعم الانضمام المخصص للانتقال إلى الممارسة الطبية في الإمارات<br> الملف المثالي للمرشح • حكم سريري قوي مع الالتزام بممارسة مبنية على الأدلة وسلامة المرضى.<br> • مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع مرضى من خلفيات ثقافية متنوعة وفِرق متعددة التخصصات.<br> • القدرة على التكيف مع لوائح الرعاية الصحية في الإمارات، معايير التوثيق وتوقعات حوكمة المستشفى.<br> • اهتمام بتطوير مهني طويل الأمد ضمن بيئة رعاية صحية فاخرة في الإمارات.<br> كيفية التقديم: يمكن للمرشحين المهتمين التقدم مع سيرة ذاتية محدثة وتفاصيل حالة الترخيص الحالية / الأهلية. <br> سيتم التواصل مع المرشحين المدرجين لقُطعّة نقاش سرية. <br> تُقبل الطلبات من أطباء الروماتيزم الاستشاريين المدربين دولياً الحاملين لمؤهلات معترف بها مثل: • المجلس الأمريكي للطب الباطني - أمراض الروماتيزم • UK CCT / MRCP مع تدريب في الروماتيزم • المجلس الأوروبي / التسجيل الوطني للمتخصص • شهادة مجلس الملكة (كندا) • FRACP أستراليا • المجلس العربي • DM / DNB / FCPS أو ما يعادله من مؤهل متخصص معترف به • تُقبل الطلبات من المرشحين من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، المملكة المتحدة، أوروبا، كندا، أستراليا، الهند، الشرق الأوسط، أفريقيا وأمريكا الجنوبية، مع مراعاة أهلية الترخيص في الإمارات وتوثيق المرفق.<br></span> </div>

<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>بوصفك ممرضة غرفة عمليات، ستكونين مسؤولة عن تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة قبل وأثناء وبعد الإجراءات الجراحية. ستعملين عن كثب مع الجراحين وأطباء التخدير والفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان عمليات غرفة العمليات بأمان وكفاءة مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الوقاية من العدوى ورعاية المرضى.</p><p><br></p><p><b>المسؤوليات الأساسية</b></p><p><br></p><p>الاستعداد لغرف العمليات والمعدات والأدوات والإمدادات للإجراءات الجراحية.</p><p>تقديم رعاية تمريضية شاملة خلال الفترة المحيطة بالجراحة وفقاً لـ DHA ومعايير Al-Futtaim Health.</p><p>مساعدة الجراحين وأطباء التخدير أثناء الإجراءات الجراحية.</p><p>إجراء تقييمات المرضى وضمان توثيق دقيق طوال رحلة ما قبل وبعد الجراحة.</p><p>الحفاظ على بيئة معقمة والالتزام ببروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى.</p><p>مراقبة المرضى قبل وأثناء وبعد الجراحة، وتحديد التصعيد عند الضرورة بسرعة.</p><p>التأكد من إكمال قوائم فحص السلامة الجراحية وتوثيقها.</p><p>إدارة مخزون غرفة العمليات والمعدات والمواد الاستهلاكية بكفاءة.</p><p>التعاون بفاعلية مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان نتائج صحية مثلى للمرضى.</p><p>المشاركة في مبادرات تحسين الجودة والتدقيق والتطوير المهني المستمر.</p><p><br></p><p><b>لماذا الانضمام إلى Al-Futtaim Health؟</b></p><p><br></p><p>رِاتب ومزايا تنافسية.</p><p>فرص حوافز بناءً على الأداء.</p><p>مرافق جراحة حديثة ومعدات متقدمة.</p><p>فرص التطوير المهني والتعليم المستمر.</p><p>بيئة فريق متعدد التخصصات داعمة.</p><p>جزء من أحد مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الرائدين في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.</p></div><h2 class="h5">المهارات</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات والمعرفة</b></p><p><br></p><p>درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض (BSN) أو مؤهل تمريض معترف به مكافئ.</p><p>رخصة تمريض مسجلة حالياً من DHA أو خطاب أهلية DHA (إلزامي).</p><p>شهادة BLS حالية (إلزامي).</p><p>شهادة ACLS مفضلة.</p><p>معرفة قوية بممارسات التمريض حول الجراحة ومنع العدوى ومعايير سلامة المريض.</p><p>مهارات اتصال وتعامل بين أشخاص ممتازة.</p><p>إتقان السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية والتوثيق السريري.</p><p><br></p><p><b>الخبرة الدنيا</b></p><p><br></p><p>خبرة لا تقل عن عامين كممرضة غرفة عمليات في مستشفى حاد أو مركز جراحة.</p><p>يفضل الخبرة في تمريض الغرفة والدوائر أثناء الجراحة.</p><p>يفيد وجود خبرة في دعم تخصصات جراحية متعددة مثل جراحة عامة، جراحة العظام، ENT، طب العيون، نساء وتوليد، أو جراحة اليوم الواحد.</p><p>القدرة المثبتة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة جراحية سريعة الوتيرة.</p><p><br></p><p><b>السمات الشخصية</b></p><p><br></p><p>تركّز على المريض وتكون حريصة على السلامة.</p><p>اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل.</p><p>عضو فريق تعاوني.</p><p>مهنية ورحيمة وقابلة للتكيف.</p><p>ملتزمة بتقديم رعاية مريضة استثنائية.</p></div>
