<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The QC Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and enforcing quality control systems across the full armored vehicle manufacturing cycle. This includes armor steel fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, ballistic glass installation, final vehicle integration, and PDI.</p><p>The role ensures that all vehicles meet engineering drawings, ballistic standards, customer specifications, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.</p><br><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ol type="1"><li>Quality Management System<br>• Develop and maintain quality control procedures, inspection plans, and control points for armored vehicle production<br>• Implement incoming, in-process, and final inspection systems<br>• Ensure compliance with technical drawings, BOMs, customer specifications, internal standards, and applicable ISO or military requirements<br>• Maintain full traceability and quality documentation</li><li>Incoming Quality Control (IQC)<br>• Inspect incoming materials and components such as armored steel, ballistic glass, structural parts, fasteners, and mechanical/electrical items<br>• Verify certificates, material test reports, ballistic certificates, dimensions, thickness, and batch traceability<br>• Approve or reject materials and issue non-conformance reports<br>• Coordinate corrective actions with procurement and suppliers</li><li>In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)<br>• Control critical production stages including cutting, bending, welding, machining, capsule assembly, and vehicle integration<br>• Verify welding quality, geometry, penetration, and dimensional accuracy<br>• Ensure correct assembly sequence and routing compliance<br>• Stop production in case of critical quality or safety risks</li><li>Final Inspection and PDI<br>• Lead final quality inspection prior to vehicle release<br>• Control capsule integrity, door alignment, sealing, ballistic glass installation, fit and finish, and functional systems<br>• Supervise PDI activities and approve vehicle acceptance for delivery<br>• Ensure compliance with customer delivery checklists and contractual requirements</li><li>Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions<br>• Investigate defects, rework cases, and customer claims<br>• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions<br>• Track recurring defects and initiate process improvements<br>• Coordinate actions with production, engineering, and procurement</li><li>Documentation and Reporting<br>• Maintain inspection reports, NCRs, certificates, and acceptance protocols<br>• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports<br>• Support internal, customer, and external audits</li><li>Team Management<br>• Manage and train QC inspectors and supervisors<br>• Define inspection responsibilities and shift coverage<br>• Ensure inspectors understand drawings, tolerances, and quality standards<br>• Enforce objectivity and discipline in quality decisions</li><li>Continuous Improvement<br>• Introduce quality KPIs such as defect rate, rework rate, and first-pass yield<br>• Participate in production optimization and continuous improvement initiatives<br>• Support engineering in design and process improvements</li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><br></p><p>Education<br>• Engineering degree in mechanical, automotive, industrial, or related field preferred</p><p>Experience<br>• 5–7 years in quality control or manufacturing<br>• Minimum 3 years in armored vehicle, automotive, heavy machinery, or defense manufacturing</p><p>Technical Skills<br>• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs<br>• Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and vehicle assembly processes<br>• Experience with inspection tools and measurement equipment<br>• Familiarity with ERP or quality documentation systems is an advantage</p><p>Personal Skills<br>• High attention to detail and integrity<br>• Strong decision-making and leadership abilities<br>• Ability to work under production pressure<br>• Clear communication with production and management</p><p></p></section>

<ul>
<li>Responding to all inquiries in a highly professional and personalized manner.</li>
<li>Reservations agent should be offering the most suitable room types and curate the experience based on guest preference.</li>
<li>Answer both internal and external calls as per brand standard and FORBES.</li>
<li>Should know and be able to describe the booking terms and policies for various packages.</li>
<li>Ensure that all reservation requests are processed with quality along with all information obtained; this should be updated and shared with relevant departments.</li>
<li>Handle modification or cancellation inquiries from guests and partners.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, regular bookers, and repeat customers.</li>
<li>Perform quality checks on arrivals and reservations entered the previous day to ensure that all necessary information including billing, VIP levels, and preferences are updated as per standard.</li>
<li>Upsell higher room types.</li>
<li>Review no-shows and late cancellations and act accordingly. Understand the business trends and take calculated risks when required.</li>
<li>Handle all incoming emails related to reservations promptly as per standard response time.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge about ongoing promotions and hotel offerings to provide accurate and efficient information to guests.</li>
<li>Record keeping of all reservation correspondence including complimentary/HU forms, LPOs, voucher stays, etc.</li>
<li>Follow up on payments for reservations which require prepayments, e.g., advance deposits, travel agent reservations with cash payment basis.</li>
<li>Resolve guest issues and act as point of contact. In case escalation is needed, it should be done immediately.</li>
<li>Work closely with the commercial team and participate in business meetings whenever needed.</li>
<li>Handle group reservations (if applicable) including creation of SRPs, group master, rooming list, and build packages.</li>
<li>Have a brief understanding and process of package elements and distributions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments including front office, commercial, and finance.</li>
<li>Keep open communication with the reservations manager and proactively highlight any operational challenges, guest complaints, initiatives, etc.</li>
</ul>

<p>In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.</p>

<p><h4>Human resources coordinator</h4>
<p>Create and maintain filing systems. Create and type office correspondence using a computer. Distribute and route mail. Order and track human resources office supplies and forms. Answer phone calls and record messages. Create new employee personnel file. Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures. <p>1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.

2. Manufacturing Finance & Inventory Accounting
• Oversee the financial accounting aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of all production-related transactions.
• Review and approve inventory, work-in-progress (WIP), production, and cost accounting journal entries.
• Ensure accurate accounting for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, production overheads, inventory adjustments, and manufacturing variances.
• Supervise the month-end manufacturing close and inventory reconciliation process.
• Review inventory valuation, provisions, slow-moving and obsolete inventory assessments, and Net Realizable Value (NRV) analysis.
• Work closely with the Cost Controller to ensure alignment between operational costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting.
• Support product profitability analysis through reconciliation of costing data with financial results.
• Partner with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve inventory accuracy and manufacturing financial controls.
3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and long-term business forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and identify key business drivers.
• Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
4. Cash Flow & Treasury
• Prepare and monitor rolling cash flow forecasts.
• Optimize working capital performance.
• Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, and cash conversion cycle.
• Review payment plans and liquidity requirements.
• Support banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Assist in financing and capital planning activities.
5. Internal Controls & Governance
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and improve finance policies, SOPs, and approval workflows.
• Identify financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Ensure proper segregation of duties and control effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.
6. Audit, Tax & Compliance
• Coordinate annual external audits and statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and other applicable regulations.
• Support the preparation and submission of tax-related filings.
• Ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
7. ERP & Process Improvement
• Lead finance-related ERP enhancements and process optimization initiatives.

8. Business Partnering
• Act as the finance business partner to operational and commercial departments.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within an industrial, engineering, automotive, or similar manufacturing organization.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, costing, and internal controls.
- Proven experience in manufacturing finance and inventory valuation.
- Experience managing external audits, tax advisors, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
