Site Supervisor – Residential Renovation & Fit-Out Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 5 Years Industry: Construction / Residential Renovation / Fit-Out Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, manpower, materials, quality, and project progress. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily residential renovation and fit-out works. Coordinate subcontractors, skilled workers, and site manpower. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Read and understand architectural, MEP, and shop drawings. Coordinate civil, MEP, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, kitchen, bathroom, and finishing works. Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed as per the project programme. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain required quality standards. Coordinate with the Project Manager, design team, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Take site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication/installation. Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies, and potential delays and report them immediately. Monitor material deliveries, storage, usage, and wastage. Prepare daily progress updates, site reports, photographs, and manpower records. Manage snagging and ensure rectification works are completed properly. Ensure proper housekeeping, site safety, and protection of existing finishes. Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover activities. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential renovation, fit-out, or interior contracting. UAE/Dubai experience is mandatory. Experience working on villas, apartments, and high-end residential renovation projects. Strong knowledge of civil, finishing, and MEP coordination works. Ability to read and understand construction, architectural, MEP, and shop drawings. Strong subcontractor and manpower management skills. Good knowledge of construction materials and installation methods. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. UAE Driving Licence is preferred. Relevant technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field is an advantage. JOB SUMMARY The Service Line Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the annual service line marketing plan and individual service line strategies for the marketing department with minimal direction or support. Ensure technicians clock in and out correctly in the system. Ensure repair order write up of technicians are as per manufacture’s audit requirements  Upgrade technical knowledge through web-based courses and classroom training. </li><li>Follow up on each repair and advise the technician about the schedule time and completion date to get team effort for delivery of the vehicle on time </li><li>Prepare the repair request for additional work, ensure repair order has been correctly transcribed and allocate the specialist technician to ensure excellent workmanship and quality repair, providing guidance on the repair method, parts supply and monitoring delays in repairs wherever necessary.</li><li>Arrange parts in case the vehicle is getting delayed due to Parts Not Available (PNA) in the counter, discuss with parts dept & the supervisor for further action, not limiting to recommendation of cannibalization from new vehicle depending upon urgency. Role Overview The HR Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive support across HR operations, payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, visa and immigration processes, employee relations, and HR administration. The role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements while delivering a positive employee experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Administration & Records Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, databases, and spreadsheets. Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, letters, salary certificates, confirmations, transfers, and contract renewals. Ensure employee information is maintained accurately and confidentially. Maintain employee leave records and prepare leave accrual reports. Support the administration of employee benefits and employment-related documentation. 2. Payroll & Benefits Administration Prepare and submit monthly payroll inputs, including new hires, leavers, salary changes, allowances, deductions, leave, overtime, and pension contributions. Coordinate with Finance and payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate salary payments. Prepare and distribute employee salary slips. Respond to employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, allowances, and deductions. Administer employee benefits and contractual entitlements, including flight allowances and other employee benefits. Support the administration of UAE National and GCC National pension schemes and liaise with relevant authorities and service providers. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures. Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager as appropriate. Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events. Assist in employee communications and HR-related awareness initiatives. Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, and business leaders across all levels of the organization. 4. Visa, Immigration & Government Relations Support Coordinate employment visa applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations. Liaise with PROs, government authorities, and external service providers regarding immigration and labour matters. Ensure all visa and labour documentation is maintained and processed in a timely manner. Support employees with labour contracts, immigration documentation, and government-related requirements. Track visa expiry dates and ensure compliance with local regulations. Develop and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, PROs, external service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processing of employee matters. 5. Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including employment documentation, induction schedules, system access requests, and new hire communications. Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and maintained in employee records. Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners. Support employees during their onboarding period and respond to onboarding-related queries. Coordinate employee exit processes, including resignations, redundancies, terminations, and retirements. Prepare full and final settlement calculations and supporting documentation. Organize exit interviews and document employee feedback. Coordinate employee clearances, company asset returns, visa cancellations, and final payroll processing. Support employees with post-employment requirements, including ILOE-related documentation, employment certificates, and other exit-related requests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or similar related field. 3-5 years of experience in an HR Officer / HR Generalist / HR Coordinator role. Good knowledge of HR practices and local labour laws. Experience using HRIS or HR management systems and payroll administration is highly preferred. Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) preferred. Experience supporting a diverse, multicultural workforce within the UAE/GCC region preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. Maintain aseptic standards and general cleanliness of the EAMC in accordance with EAMC policy and infection control best practice and report any breaches in policy to Infection Control team. To carry out daily/weekly/monthly checks on the various medical supplies required to ensure sufficiency and for the safe functioning of the Medical Centre e.g. the supplies of emergency drugs, emergency crash cart, and other medical supplies. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job DescriptionThe Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing project costs, budgeting, cost control, variations, claims, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters. The role involves reviewing estimates, Bills of Quantities, progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts while ensuring compliance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and FIDIC standards. The position also supports project reporting, forecasting, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and project teams to maintain effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develops and maintains systems for Design Consultant covering the areas of budgeting, cost control, estimating and reporting. </li><li>Reviews the various activities of construction projects about variations and submission for Management approvals. </li><li>Ensures that cost estimating and cost control requirements for variations are incorporated in the tender specification documents. </li><li>Reviews the cost estimates submitted by Consultant / Contractor and ensures compliance with Agreement, Contract drawings and specifications, and the accuracy of Company requirements.</li><li>Reviews the Bill of Quantities prepared by Design Consultants and Contractors and ensures that they are according to drawings and specifications. </li><li>Verifies project control budgets and updates them as required for Management approval. </li><li>Prepares and reviews the forecasts for the final project costs, including variations, considering the commitments. </li><li>Reviews and certifies progress payments and final accounts in coordination with the project team.</li><li>Prepares and updates cost data to review the cost estimates submitted by the Design Consultant. </li><li>Reviews final cost reports, assets registers, and project closeout reports for compliance with Contract requirements. </li><li>Reviews Change Requests, Contract Trend Notices, Variation Orders, Claims, etc. </li><li>Performs other similar or related duties, as assigned.</li><li>Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills">Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering / QS, or a relevant degree.</li><li>At least 12 years or more of relevant experience.</li><li>Certified Chartered Quantity Surveyor preferred.</li><li>An understanding of costs and FIDIC. </li><li>Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>Able to develop good working relationships with clients and their agents. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English.</li></ul> </div>
