عادل للمرافق السطحية وواجهتها/أثرها على أنشطة التطوير الميداني بشكل عام</span></p><br></li><li><ul><li><p><span>يعرف وينسق الدراسات اللازمة لتحقيق حزمة تطوير الحقل كما هو محدد، لتحديد وتخفيف التضارب المحتمل بين التطويرات الحالية والمستقبلية وتحقيق أقصى تآزر.</span></p><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span>يضمن اتساق خطط تطوير الحقل مع الخطوط الأساسية المخطط لها بما فيها الرفع الغازي وتكوينات السوائل.</span></p><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span>يحدد فرص التحسين والتآزر خاصة فيما يتعلق بخلط أو فصل تدفقات السوائل للنظر فيها مع حزمة مرافق المعالجة، أو فصل الغاز في الحقل للسيطرة على أنماط التدفق في حال زيادة GOR أو عند الحاجة للرفع الغازي.</span></p><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span>يشارك في إعداد وتقديم حزمة تطوير الحقل مع الإرشادات ذات الصلة للتطويرات المستقبلية والجداول الزمنية والمسؤوليات والتكاليف المرتبطة.</span></p><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span>يجمع ويجمّع ويقنن البيانات اللازمة لحزم تطوير الحقل، مثل (خطوط التدفق، DGS، حقن الماء، شبكة رفع الغاز) وتلك المتعلقة بالشبكات الحالية والمحددة مستقبلًا، والموانئ، المدرجة ضمن حدود البطارية التي يجب تعريفها.</span></p><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span>يشارك في حدود حزمة تطوير الحقل بالتنسيق الشامل مع جميع الأطراف المشاركة في إنتاج النفط والغاز لتحديد تأثيرات خطط التطوير الحقل.</span></p><br></li></ul><br><ul><li><p><span>يحدد القضايا عند واجهة الحزم ويشارك في التنسيق والتحسين بين جميع حزم تطوير تدرب وتطور الموظفين المعينين في المهارات ذات الصلة لتمكينهم من أن يصبحوا ماهرين في العمل وتحقيق أهداف القسم.</span></p><br><br><p><span>الميزانيات</span></p><br><br><p><span>· تقديم مدخلات لإعداد ميزانيات القسم/القسم، والمساعدة في تنفيذ الميزانية المعتمدة وخطط العمل لتحقيق أهداف القسم.</span></p><br><br><p><span>· التحقيق في أية فروقات كبيرة لدعم الأداء الفعال والرقابة على التكاليف.</span></p><br><br><p><span>السياسات والأنظمة والعمليات والإجراءات</span></p><br><br><p><span>· تنفيذ سياسات القسم المعتمدة والعمليات والأنظمة والمعايير والإجراءات لدعم تنفيذ برامج عمل القسم وفقًا لمعايير الشركة والمعايير الدولية.</span></p><br><br><p><span>· الالتزام بجميع التشريعات والأنظمة القانونية المعمول بها.</span></p><br><br><p><span>أداء الإدارة</span></p><br><br><p><span>· المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الأداء المعتمدة للقسم بما يتماشى مع إطار أداء الشركة.</span></p><br><br><p><span>الابتكار والتحسين المستمر</span></p><br><br><p><span>· تصميم وتنفيذ أدوات وتقنيات جديدة لتحسين جودة وكفاءة العمليات التشغيلية.</span></p><br><br><p><span>· تحديد التحسينات في العمليات الداخلية مقابل أفضل الممارسات سعياً لزيادة الكفاءة وفق معايير ISO وذلك لتحديد حلول ذكية للمشكلات التي تواجه الوظيفة.</span></p><br><br><p><span>الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والاستدامة</span></p><br><br><p><span>· الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والصحة والبيئة ADNOC Onshore/ ADNOC HSE</span></p><br><br><p><span>· ذلك 6 سنوات في هندسة الخزان مع معرفة جيدة بتطبيقات الحاسوب و6-8 سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة الخزان بما في ذلك إدارة تطوير حقول النفط والغاز ودراسات المحاكاة الكاملة للمجموعة (استخدام نماذج
