<p><h4>Job description</h4>
<p>Senior project manager is responsible for leading large-scale infrastructure construction works, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Oversees contractor performance, site activities, and coordination among stakeholders, consultants, and engineering teams. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout all project phases. Manages risks, schedules, procurement strategies, and project reporting while addressing any delays or performance issues. Drives successful project completion from design through execution to handover, ensuring all contractual and operational requirements are met.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Lead the PMC site delivery/construction team for construction works. Manage contractor performance, interface coordination, progress, risk, commercial and contractual matters.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with approved program, design, quality, HSSE, cost and reporting requirements. Coordinate with the employer, engineer, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.</li>

<li>Ensure project risks are timeously identified, recorded and have adequate mitigation strategy and responsibilities assigned and are fed into a central project risk register.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications and experience:</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.</li>
<li>Minimum 20 years’ experience in major infrastructure (roads, utilities, urban development) projects operating within the GCC region.</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager delivering major roads, utilities and urban development projects.</li>
<li>Strong experience in PMC/construction supervision roles, contract administration, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination.</li>
<li>Preferably PMP or APM certified.</li>
<li>Excellent command of written and spoken English.</li>
