Maintain an accurate, up-to-date structural asset inventory and inspection history for all assigned bridges and underpasses, and prepare detailed inspection reports, condition surveys, and photographic records for submission to the Client/Consultant. Manage bridge and underpass maintenance and repair activities to ensure works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Provide technical direction for structural repair works including concrete repairs, crack injection, waterproofing, protective coatings, bearing replacement, expansion joint repair/replacement, and barrier/kerb upgrades, and review and approve method statements, repair proposals, and materials submitted by contractors/subcontractors prior to execution.
