Work in collaboration with other members of the team and the wider business to facilitate high performance delivery through successful implementation of processes and systems, in a sustainable manner.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of the HSE Assurance Plan to deliver high risk audits across the area or Division of responsibility; provide advice and recommendations of improvement.</li> <li>Advise and assist site management in the preparation of Safety &amp; Environmental Plans, Risk Assessments and method statements for various projects in line with client SLA’s / KPI’s.</li> <li>Work with on site management in the development, delivery, implementation and maintenance of Business Unit specific HSE policies and procedures</li> <li>Prepare safety and environmental reports as required</li> <li>Conduct safety and environmental audits and inspections in accordance with the Integrated Management system</li> <li>Prepare and deliver training courses / toolbox talks to ensure full knowledge of H&amp;S requirements and techniques</li> <li>Report to Line Management of HSE activities- Site&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct loss event investigations and prepare reports for internal / external purposes</li> <li>Provide HSE advice and direction to on site management, staff and contractors</li> <li>Assist site management in the periodic preparation and presentation of seminars/training for clients, own employees and other interested parties/stakeholders</li> <li>Sharing information, suggestions and observations to create consistency throughout the Company</li> <li>Assist other members of the team across business unit audits</li> <li>Meeting company Occupational Health and Safety goals</li> <li>Liaise with Health &amp; Safety stewards on a regular basis ensuring consultation and participation of workforce.&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive behavioural culture change programs</li> <li>Manage relationship with client’s HSE teams</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br> <p><strong>What makes you remarkable?&nbsp;</strong></p><br><br> <p>At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
