Reporting to the Discipline Construction Lead/Senior Construction Supervisor on main issues, events at site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement. Assist functional supervisor in review and / or approval of Construction documentation, including Method Statements, JHAs, MARs etc., and attend HSE Walkthroughs. Supervise all EPIC contractors piping (Process and Utility piping system with various material pipe classes for above ground & underground piped services) installation activities are based on approved the engineering documentation and project schedule during the execution of construction activities. Attend Requests For Inspections (RFIs) as per approved ITPs, including Material Receiving Inspections in coordination with Reconstruction Supervisor, and sign off relevant inspection and test reports / RFIs. Ensuring the quality of manufacturing and erection works, dimensional accuracy and orientation, accessory and inline items installed in the correct orientation and material design specification. Lead the EPIC construction contractor(s) on all mechanical aspects of the piping works. Supervise with EPIC contractor during execution of the piping installation, line check, punch clearing, hydrotest and re-instatement at site. Manage and lead final mechanical completion inspections and punch closing. Supervise the Pre-Com activities to ensure safety and the quality of the completed work. Experience as an EPIC Contractor supervisor is essential. Experience as a Client or PMC supervisor is preferred. Piping inspection and rotating equipment experience is an advantage, and inspection coordination experience in the. Extensive knowledge of international and industry specific piping codes and standards, including ASME, ANSI B31.3 & B31.1, SHELL DEP's, etc. Piping, Welding / NDT inspector certificates (AWS / ASNT / CSWIP / API) would be an advantage. Consistently guide and coordinate the work of the project marine leads and coordinators assigned to the individual Compression projects. Compression projects focal point and custodian of the marine safety and quality assurance activities for all marine units engaged on the projects and manages marine assurance processes across Compression projects including vessel suitability assessments, marine assurance inspections and audits (e.g. OVID), marine warranty surveys, DP assurance. Ensure that Contractor personnel and Company Teams are qualified, trained and with suitable level of experience and expertise with respect to marine activities.
