Key Responsibilities:Must have 2-4 years UAE experience in facility management industry. Install, maintain, and repair DX air conditioning units and related HVAC equipment. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on split and package DX systems. Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, thermostats, control panels, and refrigerant circuits. Check gas pressure, refrigerant levels, leakage, electrical wiring, and cooling performance. Respond to breakdown calls and complete repairs within the required time. Clean coils, filters, drain lines, fans, and other AC components. Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures. Maintain service reports, checklists, and maintenance records. Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete assigned tasks. Perform additional multi-technician duties as required, including basic civil maintenance work. Requirements:Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience in facility management is required. Strong hands-on experience working with DX units is mandatory. Good knowledge of basic civil works such as minor repairs, patching, fixing, and general maintenance. Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to use gauges, meters, and HVAC testing tools. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. ITI, diploma, or technical certification in HVAC/AC preferred. Support the hotel's sustainability initiatives by promoting energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems and reducing waste wherever possible. Act as a member of the hotel's Fire Brigade, responding to emergencies and participating in fire drills and safety training. Communicate effectively with the Engineering leadership regarding completed work, outstanding tasks, and equipment requiring further attention. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, health and safety regulations, and any additional duties assigned by Hotel Management. <br><br>What are we looking for?<br><br>Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking skills. At least 1 year of experience as an AC Technician, HVAC Technician, or in a similar role. High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance plans. Knowledge of HVAC preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures. Senior AC Technician We are looking for an experienced Senior AC Technician with strong knowledge of AC maintenance, servicing, inspection, and troubleshooting for both indoor and outdoor units. Key Responsibilities:Conduct inspections for all AC maintenance complaints and identify the required rectification. Carry out servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of AC indoor and outdoor units and related components. Attend customer complaints, identify faults, and complete the required rectification. Lead and guide the maintenance team to ensure AC-related works are completed properly and on time. Maintain proper service standards and ensure equipment is operating efficiently. Coordinate with the team for site inspections, material requirements, and completion of works. Be willing to handle other general maintenance works when AC-related work is not available. Requirements:Proven experience as an AC Technician in the UAE.
