Company Description A leading shipbuilding company based in Khalifa and Mina Port in Abu Dhabi UAE, delivering complex marine and offshore vessels for regional and international clients. Position Purpose To develop and maintain integrated plans and schedules for ship repair, drydocking and yard activities, ensuring scope, resources, materials, access, permits, inspections and milestones are effectively coordinated for safe and timely project delivery. Key Duties and Accountabilities Develop integrated master, baseline and look-ahead schedules for assigned vessels, projects and yard activities. Coordinate work scope, sequencing, manpower, resources, materials, access, permits and inspection requirements with relevant functions. Maintain accurate progress data, forecasts, critical-path analysis, dashboards and planning records. Provide early warning and recovery recommendations for constraints affecting safety, schedule, capacity or delivery. Review contract handover information, specifications, estimates, milestones and planning requirements. Develop work breakdown structures, activity logic, calendars, baselines, milestones and schedule coding. Obtain discipline plans, manpower forecasts, production rates and sequencing inputs from responsible teams.
