Identify requirements for uniforms and safety equipment for conscripts and coordinate with concerned entities within the Authority to provide them. Submit lists of accepted and rejected candidates for Alternative National Service at vital food establishments and logistics companies to the Head of Operations Unit, who in turn submits them to the National and Reserve Service Authority. Implement graduation arrangements for conscripts at the Authority based on instructions from the Head of Operations Unit (e.g., venue booking, distribution materials, printing participation certificates, and other logistical arrangements) in coordination with relevant stakeholders such as the Authority’s Communication Team.
