<li><span><strong>Competitive Intelligence:</strong> Maintain structured intelligence on competitor services, frequencies, vessel deployments, port rotations, capacity changes and new launches across key MEA corridors. Use industry platforms such as Alphaliner, LINERLYTICA, MDS Transmodal and AIS tools to provide regular market insights to operational and commercial teams.</span></li>
<li><span><strong>OPEX and CIP Monitoring:</strong> Maintain live cost and CIP dashboards, produce weekly budget variance reports and monitor significant deviations. With over 300 users across 70+ locations worldwide, your role will be critical in ensuring smooth tech experiences — not just for the sake of fixing issues, but to drive real business value.
