<p>سيتولى مدير الحسابات الإشراف على جميع العمليات المالية والمحاسبية بالشركة. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة خبرة صناعية قوية في المحاسبة للمشروعات، والتحكم في التكاليف، وإدارة التدفق النقدي. سيضمن مدير الحسابات التقارير المالية الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب، والامتثال التنظيمي، والتنسيق الفعال بين مواقع المشروع، والشراء، والإدارة لدعم الاستقرار المالي ونمو الشركة.</p><p><br></p><p>المسؤوليات الرئيسية</p><p>1. المحاسبة المالية والتقارير</p><p>• إدارة عمليات المحاسبة اليومية، بما في ذلك الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، دفتر الأستاذ العام، وتسويات البنوك.</p><p>• الإشراف على تقارير مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.</p><p>• إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية بما يتماشى مع IFRS ومعايير الشركة.</p><p>• ضمان المحاسبة حسب المشروع والتقارير التكلفة وفقًا للمشروعات للحديد والإنشاءات في الوقت المناسب.</p><p>• دمج البيانات المالية من عدة مشاريع وتقسام.</p><p>2. تكلفة المشروع والتحكم في الميزانية</p><p>• تطوير وصيانة أنظمة الرقابة على تكاليف المشاريع لمراقبة التكاليف المادية والعمالة والمتعهدين العامين والتكاليف العامة.</p><p>• تحليل فروق التكاليف والإبلاغ عن الانحرافات عن ميزانيات المشروع.</p><p>• دعم مديري المشاريع في التنبؤ بالتكاليف والتخطيط المالي.</p><p>• الإشراف على تقييم المخزون ومحاسبة العمل قيد التنفيذ للوحدات المصنّعة.</p><p>3. التدفق النقدي وإدارة الخزينة</p><p>• مراقبة تدفقات النقد للشركة، لضمان السيولة الكافية لعمليات المشروع.</p><p>• إدارة دفعات الموردين وجداول التحصيل للحفاظ على دورات نقدية إيجابية.</p><p>• إعداد وتحديث توقعات التدفق النقدي ومتطلبات التمويل.</p><p>• التنسيق مع البنوك لتمويلات مثل الاعتمادات المستندية، وضمانات البنوك، وتمويل المشاريع.</p><p>4. الامتثال والتدقيق والضرائب</p><p>• ضمان الامتثال لضريبة القيمة المضافة والضرائب الشركات والمتطلبات القانونية المحلية الأخرى (مثل ضريبة الشركات في الإمارات).</p><p>• التنسيق مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين، وتقديم الوثائق اللازمة والتوضيحات.</p><p>• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة ومعايير المحاسبة.</p><p>• متابعة وتنفيذ التغييرات في القوانين الضريبية أو المحاسبية ذات الصلة بالصناعة.</p><p>5. الضوابط الداخلية وإدارة الأنظمة</p><p>• تعزيز أنظمة الضبط الداخلي لمنع الخروقات المالية وضمان دقة البيانات.</p><p>• تطوير وتوثيق والحفاظ على سياسات وإجراءات المحاسبة.</p><p>• الإشراف على تطبيق ERP/برامج المحاسبة وتكامل البيانات (مثلاً Tally ERP، SAP، أو Oracle).</p><p>• أتمتة التقارير لمراقبة مالية للمشروعات بصورة أسرع ومراجعة الإدارة.</p><p>6. القيادة وتطوير الفريق</p><p>• إشراف وتدريب وتقييم موظفي المحاسبة والمالية عبر المقر الرئيسي ومواقع المشاريع.</p><p>• تعزيز التعاون بين المالية والمشتريات والعمليات وإدارة المشروع.</p><p>• بناء ثقافة مالية قوية قائمة على الأداء والمسؤولية والشفافية.</p><p><br></p><p>مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)</p><p>• دقة وتوقيت تقارير المشاريع والمالية</p><p>• التحكم في الانحرافات بين التكاليف المحسوبة والموازنة الفعلية للمشروع</p><p>• الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية والتدقيق</p><p>• الكفاءة في إدارة التدفق النقدي ورأس المال العامل</p><p>• سلامة واعتمادية أنظمة وضوابط المحاسبة</p><p><br></p><p><strong>المؤهلات والخبرة</strong></p><ul><li><p>درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو التجارة.</p></li><li><p>شهادة مهنية مثل <strong>CPA، ACCA، CMA، أو CA</strong> تعتبر ميزة قوية.</p></li><li><p>خبرة محاسبية لا تقل عن <strong>10–15 عاماً</strong>، مع ما لا يقل عن <strong>5 سنوات في صناعة تصنيع الحديد أو الإنشاءات</strong>.</p></li><li><p>خبرة عملية في <strong>المحاسبة للمشروعات، والتحكم في التكاليف، وأنظمة ERP</strong>.</p></li><li><p>معرفة عميقة بـ <strong>IFRS، ضريبة القيمة المضافة في الإمارات، وقوانين ضرائب الشركات</strong>.</p></li><li><p>قدرة مثبتة على التعامل مع مشاريع متعددة وجداول تقارير ضيقة.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>المهارات والكفاءات</strong></p><ul><li><p>مهارات تحليلية قوية وإدارة التكاليف</p></li><li><p>انتباه عالي للتفاصيل وقدرة على حل المشكلات</p></li><li><p>قدرات قيادة وبناء فريق</p></li><li><p>كفاءة في برامج المحاسبة وERP (SAP، Oracle، Tally، أو ما يعادلها)</p></li><li><p>فهم سليم لتمويل المشاريع والعقود workflows الإنشائية</p></li><li><p>معايير أخلاقية عالية ونزاهة مالية</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>الملف المرشح المرغوب</strong></p><p>سيشرف مدير الحسابات على جميع العمليات المالية والمحاسبية للشركة. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة صناعية قوية في محاسبة المشاريع، والتحكم في التكاليف، وإدارة التدفق النقدي. سيضمن مدير الحسابات التقارير المالية الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب، والامتثال التنظيمي، والتنسيق الفعال بين مواقع المشروع، والمشتريات، والإدارة لدعم الاستقرار المالي ونمو الشركة.</p>
