<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Monitor RDC (Regional Distribution Center) stock levels and coordinate with Supply Planning to ensure timely replenishment.</p></li><li><p>Monitor outlet stock levels and support capacity planning in collaboration with Supply Planners.</p></li><li><p>Oversee outlet stock clearance and pricing management by coordinating stock transfers, markdowns, and inventory liquidation.</p></li><li><p>Execute inter-store (I&M) stock write-offs and ensure adherence to approval guidelines and system processes.</p></li><li><p>Manage sharing, consolidation, and transfer of defective and damaged stocks between stores and RDC.</p></li><li><p>Process defective stock write-offs, including system entries, documentation, and approvals.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate sample stock movement from territories to concept offices, including write-offs and documentation for non-returnable items.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update RMS (Retail Management System) and Shala price information, ensuring pricing accuracy across all markets.</p></li><li><p>Generate and distribute OCV (Offline Cost Validation) files and support price updates and data uploads.</p></li><li><p>Analyze stock data using floor stock analysis reports, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and share stock analysis reports with Concept Teams to improve inventory efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Manage store requests related to RMS item creation and delivery discrepancies.</p></li><li><p>Audit and maintain stock records between RMS and Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring data accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Create local purchase orders (POs), shopping bag POs, and manage related master data.</p></li><li><p>Process invoice bookings by matching local order credits with buying/import references and validating invoices.</p></li><li><p>Perform P2P (Procure-to-Pay) activities, including GRN variance resolution and finance coordination.</p></li><li><p>Monitor Quality PP metrics and generate reports based on quality team requirements.</p></li><li><p>Provide operational and administrative support to Brand Planners on inventory and planning-related activities.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Inventory & Stock Management</p></li><li><p>Supply Chain Coordination</p></li><li><p>Retail Operations</p></li><li><p>RMS/WMS Management</p></li><li><p>Data Analysis & Reporting</p></li><li><p>Microsoft Excel</p></li><li><p>ERP Systems (RMS, Shala, Oracle/SAP preferred)</p></li><li><p>Purchase Order & Invoice Processing</p></li><li><p>Cross-functional Stakeholder Management</p></li><li><p>Attention to Detail & Process Compliance</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
