<p>The Information Security Specialist is responsible for safeguarding the organization’s systems, data, and technology infrastructure by implementing and maintaining effective security controls and monitoring activities. This role supports the organization’s security and compliance objectives by identifying risks, responding to security incidents, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards.</p><p>• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts, supporting investigation, escalation, and resolution. • Maintain and implement security controls to protect systems, applications, and data against internal and external threats. • Perform security monitoring using SIEM and other security tools, analysing logs and events to identify potential threats and recommend remediation. • Support vulnerability management activities, including identifying, prioritising, and tracking remediation of security weaknesses. • Conduct security risk assessments and support internal and external security audits. • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements, including PCI-DSS. • Implement and maintain Web Application Firewalls (WAF), DDoS protection, firewall technologies, and cloud-native security controls (e.g. Cloudflare, Akamai, Azure/AWS security services where applicable). • Support application security throughout the software development lifecycle, including static application security testing (SAST) using tools such as Veracode, Checkmarx, Trivy or similar. • Assist with container and cloud workload security, including Docker, Kubernetes and container image scanning. • Perform or support penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and security validation activities using industry-standard tools (e.g. Kali Linux, Burp Suite, OWASP methodologies). • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell or Bash to improve security operations and monitoring. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps and Compliance teams to embed security into development and operational processes. • Maintain security documentation, operational procedures and technical standards to support audit readiness and operational consistency.</p>

<p>Job Summary</p><p>The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of the Head Office along with Warehouse & Logistics by proactively protecting employees, clients, visitors, assets, inventory, and premises while ensuring all security procedures are followed in line with UAE regulations and the brand’s high standards of service and presentation. The role involves monitoring access, conducting regular patrols, responding promptly to security incidents, and maintaining a secure, professional, and welcoming environment that reflects the brand's premium standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Maintain a visible and professional security presence to safeguard employees, visitors, company assets, and office premises.</p></li><li><p>Verify and control access for employees, visitors, contractors, deliveries, and service personnel in accordance with approved access procedures.</p></li><li><p>Protect high-value merchandise, company assets, confidential areas, and equipment; remain vigilant against shoplifting, internal theft, damage, or unauthorized removal of assets.</p></li><li><p>Conduct security checks of designated areas during opening and closing procedures, including doors, access points, restricted areas, and critical facilities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment to identify and respond to suspicious activities.</p></li><li><p>Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences, preparing accurate incident reports.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular internal and external patrols to identify safety hazards, unauthorized activity, or breaches of security procedures.</p></li><li><p>Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries, material movement, and asset transfers to ensure appropriate authorization and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Control authorized trailer entry, guide drivers to the designated docking bay, ensure safe docking and loading/unloading, and facilitate secure exit from the premises.</p></li><li><p>Maintain confidentiality regarding customer information, employee matters, security procedures, CCTV footage, and other sensitive business information.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Job specifications</p><ul><li><p>High School / Secondary School qualification preferred.</p></li><li><p>At least 5-7 years of prior experience of working in the UAE is preferred</p></li><li><p>Valid SIRA Security Guard certification / license is required.</p></li><li><p>Physically fit, able to stand and patrol for extended periods and work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work rotational shifts, late hours, and after-hours shipment/delivery operations.</p></li></ul>
