Job Description<br><br>The Production Engineer–Joinery is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing joinery production operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards. About Dolphin Dolphin Oilfield Equipment Services is an Abu Dhabi (Mussafah) industrial services company serving ADNOC group companies, EGA, Borouge and other oil & gas, power and industrial clients across the UAE. We manufacture, service and retube heat exchangers, execute EPC-stage site works — structural, piping, equipment installation — and deliver shutdown and turnaround maintenance campaigns onshore and offshore.<br>The Role We are hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to own heat exchanger servicing and shutdown/turnaround execution: retubing, tube plugging, bundle repair, cleaning and testing in our Mussafah workshop, plus site campaigns — bundle pulls, on-site piping jobs and valve replacement — inside client turnaround windows, onshore and offshore.
