Quality, Health & Safety • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and Facility management/community safety standards at all sites. • Report unsafe practices and assist in implementation of corrective actions. • Support internal and client audits/inspections. Reporting & Documentation • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AMC site reports. • Maintain records for attendance, material usage, irrigation checks, and maintenance logs. • Assist in preparing client reports, snag lists, and closure confirmations. Client Support • Assist in attending client/site meetings and community inspections. • Address minor client observations and escalate major issues to the Senior Landscape Engineer. </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture. • 3–5 years’ experience in landscaping maintenance or AMC projects (community experience preferred). Skills & Requirements • Knowledge of landscaping maintenance and irrigation systems. • Familiarity with Community & Facility Management companies regulations is an advantage. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). • UAE Driving License is must. </p>
