<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Policies, Processes & Procedures</p><ul><li><p>Implement approved departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls across the assigned area of operations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with all relevant procedural and legislative requirements while delivering consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective security services.</p></li></ul><p>Day-to-Day Operations</p><ul><li><p>Execute daily Security department activities within the assigned area.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all security operations comply with established policies, procedures, and operational standards.</p></li></ul><p>Investigation & Reporting</p><ul><li><p>Conduct investigations into security incidents, independently or in coordination with relevant authorities where required.</p></li><li><p>Prepare detailed investigation reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions based on findings.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of security incidents and follow up on corrective actions.</p></li></ul><p>Training & Security Awareness</p><ul><li><p>Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering security training programs across all organizational levels.</p></li><li><p>Promote security awareness to reduce the frequency and severity of security-related incidents.</p></li><li><p>Support initiatives that strengthen employee understanding of security policies and procedures.</p></li></ul><p>Maintenance, Testing & Inspection</p><ul><li><p>Coordinate and monitor maintenance and testing of all security protection systems to ensure operational readiness.</p></li><li><p>Conduct routine workplace inspections and security assessments.</p></li><li><p>Identify areas of non-compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.</p></li><li><p>Recommend corrective actions to improve security compliance and operational effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Maintain knowledge of applicable local regulations and internationally recognized security standards.</p></li></ul><p>Safety, Quality & Environment</p><ul><li><p>Comply with all Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SQE) policies, procedures, and controls.</p></li><li><p>Promote a safe working environment while supporting environmental and regulatory compliance.</p></li></ul><p>Related Assignments</p><ul><li><p>Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management.</p></li></ul><p>Authority & Decision Making</p><p>Authority</p><ul><li><p>Operate within approved Security policies, procedures, standards, and delegated authority.</p></li><li><p>Recommend corrective actions to address identified security risks and compliance gaps.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate maintenance, testing, inspections, and investigations within the assigned area of responsibility.</p></li></ul><p>Decision Making</p><ul><li><p>Perform duties within clearly defined policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Make routine operational decisions related to security activities within the assigned area.</p></li><li><p>Escalate significant security risks, incidents, or non-compliance issues to management.</p></li><li><p>Ensure work outputs meet established quality, safety, and security standards.</p></li></ul></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Minimum Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Professional accreditation or membership with a recognized Security or Law Enforcement association is preferred.</p></li></ul><p>Minimum Experience</p><ul><li><p>2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in military, police, or industrial security services.</p></li></ul><p>Skills</p><ul><li><p>Bilingual proficiency in <strong>Arabic and English</strong> is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Physical Security and Information Security principles.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of access control systems, surveillance, and incident reporting.</p></li><li><p>Strong observation and situational awareness skills.</p></li><li><p>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.</p></li><li><p>Basic report writing and documentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and follow established security procedures.</p></li><li><p>Teamwork and collaboration skills.</p></li><li><p>Basic computer literacy and familiarity with security management systems.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p></section>
