The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, and technically capable, able to manage social media, run paid advertising campaigns, support website management, and coordinate basic IT-related administrative tasks. This role will serve Total Management LLC primarily while collaborating across KAY Invest Group entities as required.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Digital Marketing &amp; Content</p><ul><li><p>Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business)</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote property listings, vacancies, and leasing offers</p></li><li><p>Produce property-focused visual and written content (reels, stories, posts, brochures) aligned with brand guidelines</p></li><li><p>Conduct photography and videography for properties, lifestyle, and corporate content</p></li><li><p>Create and edit short-form video content and reels using CapCut or similar editing tools</p></li><li><p>Design creative visuals, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva and AI-powered design tools</p></li><li><p>Leverage AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, and creative production</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain monthly content calendars across all social media platforms</p></li><li><p>Manage and grow the company's social media presence and audience engagement</p></li><li><p>Write and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters to prospective and existing tenants</p></li></ul><p>SEO, SEM &amp; Paid Advertising</p><ul><li><p>Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns with defined budgets and performance targets</p></li><li><p>Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization for the company website</p></li><li><p>Monitor, analyse, and report on ad performance, ROI, and conversion metrics</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities to improve organic search rankings and digital visibility</p></li></ul><p>Website &amp; IT Systems Support</p><ul><li><p>Maintain and update the company website (WordPress or similar CMS) including listings, landing pages, and content</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with external developers or internal IT contacts for website enhancements or issue resolution</p></li><li><p>Support basic IT administrative tasks including software setup, user account management, and vendor coordination</p></li><li><p>Assist in the implementation and maintenance of digital tools, CRM systems, and property management platforms</p></li><li><p>Ensure digital assets and databases are organized, backed up, and access-controlled</p></li></ul><p>Analytics &amp; Reporting</p><ul><li><p>Track and report on key digital marketing KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis</p></li><li><p>Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools to generate actionable insights</p></li><li><p>Present performance summaries and recommendations to line management</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
