The Reservations Agent will manage reservation enquiries across multiple communication channels, maintain accurate guest profiles and support the efficient allocation of tables. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and experience working in a busy luxury hospitality environment.<br>Key Responsibilities Handle reservation enquiries through telephone, email, Whats App and online booking platforms. Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations and special requests accurately. Maintain complete and up-to-date guest profiles in Seven Rooms. Communicate reservation policies, minimum spends, deposits and cancellation terms clearly. Send booking confirmations, payment links and reservation reminders. Follow up on pending payments and incomplete booking information. Manage waitlists and assist with filling cancellations and available tables. Support group bookings, events, set menus and pre-orders. Coordinate with Reception regarding daily bookings, guest notes and special arrangements. Respond to guest enquiries professionally and within the required response time. Support the Reservations Supervisor with reports and administrative duties.<br>Ideal Candidate Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations, reception or guest relations. Previous experience within a luxury restaurant, fine-dining venue, hotel or premium lifestyle concept. Experience using Seven Rooms or a similar reservation-management system. Strong telephone, email and written communication skills. Confident handling VIP guests, special requests and high reservation volumes. Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
